Merlin Bike Gear is expanding across the West Coast—and we’re looking for an experienced Independent Sales Agent(s) to represent our premium apparel brand in California, Oregon, and Washington.
Whether you’re interested in covering all three states or just one or two within the region, we’re open to structuring the territory around the right person. Our ideal candidate is based in Oregon due to the central location and ease of access to the wider region, but if you’re happy to travel between states and already active in the motorcycle and powersports scene, we want to hear from you.
This is a chance to get in early with a fast-growing British brand already gaining momentum in the U.S. dealer channel.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Regularly visit motorcycle and powersports dealers across CA, OR, and WA, depending on territory scope.
Open new accounts while servicing and growing existing dealer relationships.
Present the Merlin range, showcasing our CE-certified protection, technical design, and British heritage styling.
Educate and support dealers on sell-through, product training, merchandising, and in-store display setup.
Represent Merlin with professionalism and authenticity across your region.
Collaborate with Merlin’s Inside Sales and U.S. operations team for seamless dealer support.
Provide feedback from the field and help shape Merlin’s regional success story.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
An independent sales agent(s) currently working in the motorcycle or powersports industry, with an established dealer network.
Experience working with dealers in CA, OR, or WA — ideally more than one of these.
Based in Oregon is a plus, but not essential if you’re willing to travel.
2+ years’ experience in a territory sales role (apparel or hard parts preferred).
Able to hit the ground running with relevant contacts and complementary product lines.
Confident presenting, selling, and educating at dealer level.
Passionate about the riding lifestyle—on-road, off-road, ADV, or cruiser.
Motivated, professional, and self-managing.
