Providence Health Plan is calling an Individual and Medicare Producer Support who will: Be accountable for and facilitates Providence Health Plan's detailed benefits management support of Medicare and Individual / family lines of business Be responsible for supporting detailed benefits requirements and deliverables for the full life cycle of the product portfolio including:Benefit scenario analysisOperational impact analysisBusiness decision documentation developmentSupport of the annual materials process and product life-cycle deliverables by phase Be responsible for a highly detailed understanding and expertise of PHP benefits across the portfolio Provide support and thought-partnership to all stakeholders and team members supporting the successful annual life-cycle and delivery of the product portfolio Providence welcomes 100% remote work for residents who reside in the following areas: Oregon Washington California Required qualifications for this position include: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience 5+ years of experience working with benefits in a fast paced Medicare product annual life cycle capacity Experience working with teams and staff of various capacities, approaches and work-styles Strong verbal and written presentation skills Experience working in an environment with shifting priorities requiring flexibility and the ability to prioritize work Experience supporting scenario and impact analysis in support of annual strategic benefit planning and change impact Both broad and deep experience with current Medicare benefits, product portfolio and annual life-cycle process Preferred qualifications for this position include: Experience working with Facets Salary Range by Location: California: Humboldt:  Min: $23.39, Max: $35.78 California: All Northern California - Except Humboldt:  Min: $26.25, Max: $40.11 California: All Southern California - Except Bakersfield: Min: $23.39, Max: $35.78 California: Bakersfield:  $22.44, Max: $34.33 Oregon: Non-Portland Service Area:  Min: $20.92, Max: $32.00 Oregon: Portland Service Area:  $22.44, Max: $34.33 Washington: Western - Except Tukwila: Min: $23.39, Max: $35.78 Washington: Southwest - Olympia, Centralia & Below:  $22.44, Max: $34.33 Washington: Tukwila:  Min: $23.39, Max: $35.78 Washington: Eastern:  Min: $19.97, Max: $30.54 Washington: South Eastern:  Min: $20.92, Max: $32.00 Why Join Providence Health Plan?
