We are looking for an Industrial Boiler Sales Representative to join our team! This is a full-time position located in York, PA . Pay: $80,000-$100,000 + Bonus
This position will be responsible for ensuring that the company meets or exceeds the Gross Revenue goals and Gross Profit Margin goals that have been established. While enhancing the corporate image and public awareness of CSI Services as well as helping to determine and develop new business opportunities. The Salesperson will help to formulate, develop, and implement new methods of generating business and increased revenue.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.
Source and develop client referrals
Prepare sales action plans and strategies
Schedule sales actively
Develop and maintain a customer database
Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
Make sales calls to new and existing clients
Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
Negotiate with clients
Develop Sales proposals
Prepare and present sales contracts
Conduct product training
Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
Follow up on sales activity
Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
Monitor and report on sales activity and follow up for management
Carry out market research and surveys
Participate in sales events
Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development
Requirements:
Prefer 5 years' experience in a Sales position in a firm that specializes in mechanical contracting (Boilers, HVAC, etc.) with at least 5 million dollars in annual sales.
Prefer the above with previous sales experience
Must have the skills and knowledge to keep all lines of communication open within the office, commercial business sector, and community at large.
Requires high level of familiarity with industry, to include product familiarity, pricing, contract negotiations, and market demands
The sense of sight, speech (English), and hearing are required. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The physical requirements may at times be stressful, although part of the time will be spent sitting, walking, turning the head and torso, reaching, grasping, bending, and flexing the arms, legs, wrists, and fingers.
Must be an outgoing/extroverted individual who is comfortable meeting new people and being in new and unfamiliar situations.
Must be the type of person who can put others at their ease and inspire trust.
Personal skills must include a successful track record that reflects consistent improvement on and completion of assigned goals.
This position requires knowledge of company policies and procedures, organization, and general business practices.
This person must be able to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize well.
The position must be capable of extensive travel; occasional commercial airline travel may be required.
Must be able to read and interpret technical drawing and specifications, applicable to the products and services of the industries served.
