Front Counter Sales Associate – Industrial Supplies

Location: Boise, ID

Pay: $18.00+ DOE

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable, locally owned company? We’re seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Counter Sales Associate to join our team at our Boise location.

As the first point of contact for walk-in customers, you'll play a key role in providing product information, processing orders, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers at the front counter in a professional and friendly manner

Provide product information and help customers with order selection

Process sales transactions and prepare order paperwork

Maintain a clean and organized counter and showroom area

Assist with stocking, shipping/receiving, and inventory as needed

Work closely with warehouse and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug test

Steady work history in similar role

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day

Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in counter sales, retail, or industrial supply

Familiarity with construction, or mechanical products
