We are searching for an exceptional Inside Sales- Account Manager to join our team who will be responsible for sales, rental coordination and support for In-Situ and its customers. This individual will be responsible for ownership of assigned territory, accounts and opportunity management. With this Account Manager owning the need to work with our internal team to quickly address customer needs and provide value-add solutions. Additionally, this person will proactively reach out or respond quickly and knowledgeably to customer inquiries and apply a consultative selling approach to meet customer needs and close sales.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consultative and creative technical sales ability to promote customer lifetime value (CLV) by bringing value to our Municipal, Industrial and environmental customer’s short-term and long-term needs.
Proven ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative work environment, managing assigned sales territory, ownership of accounts , in multiple water quality verticals/applications.
Ability to work in a “Team Selling” culture , proactively collaborating with Reginal Sales Managers and Sales leadership to quickly facilitate customer onsite needs, solve problems, and promote market/sales growth.
Self-Generate Sales and Rental leads/opportunities and manage them through the full sales cycle with continuous customer relationship building, needs assessment, and guidance post sale.
Update and track opportunities in Salesforce.com CRM to ensure Funnel/Forecast accuracy to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quota.
Support real-time evolving customer needs by working cross-functionally with Technical Support, Service, Rental Team, internal/external sales and production/product teams, to address technical/quality/delivery/analysis needs.
Maintain necessary levels of technical and professional sales training including but not limited to the operation of all In-Situ products and In-Situ OEM equipment.
Meet assigned KPI’s and performance metrics.
Perform account maintenance including invoices, customer inquiries, and internal databases.
Continuous improvement mind-set to increase personal/professional acumen and understand, learn, and execute on industry needs and trends.
Document and provide Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Sales (VOS) feedback cross-functionally to leadership, marketing, tech support and product development.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE:
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent career experience/training.
3-5 years of sales or technical account management experience, preferably in the water quality industry.
SKILLS:
Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills
Ability to foster and maintain internal/external strategic relationships and partnerships.
Ability to actively listen, ask value-add questions and truly understand customer needs. Detail oriented and quality focusedSelf-driven, effective time-management skills to achieve success in a fast-paced selling environment. Problem Solving acumen with a focus on customer needs/satisfaction.
DEMONSTRATED ABILITIES:
Proficiency with Microsoft business suite, Microsoft Business Central and salesforce.com CRM system.
Ability to navigate and negotiate complex technical analysis applications , sales opportunities and projects in the water quality industry.
Proven ability to proactively prospect to grow solution adoption in assigned territory, as well as proactively managing and growing existing accounts/opportunities.

TOTAL REWARDS
Compensation: Compensation will be commensurate with the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as alignment with market data and internal comps.
Salary Range: $55,000-65,000
Additional Compensation: Participation in a Company-sponsored variable compensation plan.
