We’re looking for a driven and focused Inside Sales Agent to join a high-performing real estate team.


This is a strong, rewarding commission entry point into a real estate career built around leads, listings, and long-term growth. You’ll be working alongside top producers and receive hands-on training in effective lead generation and follow-up systems that convert interest into real opportunity.


Our coaching program will teach you how to consistently find and engage new clients, while experienced mentors guide your development every step of the way. This role offers rewarding commissions, clear systems, and a team structure designed to help you succeed.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $155,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities:
  • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
  • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
  • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
  • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline

Qualifications:
  • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
  • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
  • A real estate license is required
