Responsibilities

Mastering our quoting platforms:  CustomView  and  WebCP Managing the full quote-to-order process with precision and attention to detail Identifying product limitations and requirements (., wind load, steel reinforcements) Reviewing and editing quotes, resolving discrepancies, and finalizing orders Communicating with dealers to clarify quote details and ensure accuracy Coordinating with production teams for CAD drawings and special order parts Determining shipping methods and charges, and submitting orders for production Supporting outside sales and ISS Level II teams with timely updates and solutions Handling dealer change requests and backorder communications Collaborating cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction Qualifications

1–2 years of customer service or inside sales experience Strong verbal and written communication skills High school diploma required; college coursework a plus Proficiency in  Microsoft Office , especially Excel Experience in windows and doors industry is a plus Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure A team-first mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving Basic math skills including fractions, percentages, and decimals At Western Window Systems, we believe in empowering our people to grow, innovate, and make a difference.
