Inside Sales Representative

Looking for someone who is eager to learn and serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, billing, and product availability.

Responsibilities

1. Enter and track customer orders, ensuring timely updates and communication.
2. Assist the bookkeeper with client-related billing tasks.
3. Field client phone calls and collaborate with outside sales.
4. Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
5. Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
7. Support the outside sales team with administrative tasks and client follow-ups.

Work Environment

The position is based in the Spokane Valley Office, operating from 8am to 5pm. The work environment is a blue-collar setting within a nice new building. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
