ANA is growing and scaling and we are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our growing Inside Sales team in an onsite position in Henderson, Nevada or Cypress, California. The Inside Sales Manager plays a critical leadership role in supporting daily sales operations and ensuring the inside sales team consistently delivers excellent customer service, accurate order processing, and meets monthly sales objectives. This role oversees inside sales team's performance across all plant locations and partners closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. This position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays at 8:00 - 5:00pm. This role reports to the Inside Sales Director. Role & Responsibilities:Lead and manage daily operations of the Inside Sales team across multiple locationsSet monthly sales allocation goals and provide ongoing team support to achieve targetsMonitor order and quote processing within Business Central (BC) and Salesforce CRMCollaborate with Planning, Logistics, and Accounting to ensure smooth order flow and deliveryServe as an escalation point for customer inquiries and order-related issuesAct as a liaison between the Inside Sales team and cross-functional departmentsProvide performance updates and operational insights to the Director of Inside SalesLead team meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing development and trainingChampion a high-energy, customer-first approach with both internal and external stakeholdersEnsure the team maintains accurate CRM records and up-to-date customer communicationProvide guidance on equipment availability and lead times to customers and the sales teamSupport the Director of Inside Sales in planning and executing trade shows and special initiativesDirectly supervises Inside Sales Coordinators Coaches and mentors staff to meet performance and professional development goals Ensures adherence to company processes, service standards, and values Travel is required and up to 15% Other duties as assignedQualifications:8+ years of Inside Sales or Sales Operations experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience preferred) Proficiency in CRM platforms - Business Central and Salesforce preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to drive performance and build high-functioning teams High-energy self-starter with strong time management, goal tracking, and task executionStrong written and verbal skills. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, experience, and skills, as well as pay equity considerations.You must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
