Inside Sales (Parts & Supply) Largo, MD: Responsible for attaining sales revenue targets as assigned, processing client orders and responding to client inquiries, and/or questions regarding Boland Supply. Responsible for stocking and general appearance of the showroom.

Essential Duties: - Will be trained on all store processes; sales, shipping and receiving, order staging, purchasing, warranty, basic HVAC - Answer client calls, identifies parts and provides support to clients in a prompt and professional manner - Identifies and processes client orders for HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies - Responds to client's inquiries or questions regarding products - Drives sales by actively making clients aware of product promotions - Responsible for warranty administration - Prepares for and participates in physical inventory as scheduled - Follows up, either verbally or in writing to ensure client satisfaction - Other duties as assigned

Requirements: - High School diploma or equivalent experience and education required - Technical sales or related experience is a plus - Experience with HVAC or related business preferred - Regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard, phone, reach with hands and arms - Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit - Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl - Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus - Must regularly lift and/ or move up to 25lbs, frequently lift and/ or move up to 50lbs, and occasionally lift and/ or move more than 100lbs using a device.
