You'll be responsible for setting appointments with qualified leads, managing expectations, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment and wants to get paid based on performance. Key Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for potential customers — setting the tone and building trust Set appointments with clear, concise expectations Make hundreds of outbound calls to warm leads using our CRM system Communicate clearly and persuasively to guide homeowners toward scheduling an appointment Provide daily reports on results and activity Work closely with our sales and production teams to ensure we are always communicating with our customers Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge Contribute to a positive team culture and high-performance environment What You Bring 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English and Spanish Basic computer proficiency (CRM experience is a plus) A great attitude and willingness to learn High school diploma or equivalent About Us
