Altec Capital Services (ACS) is currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative in Birmingham, AL. The purpose of this position is to provide excellent customer service and efficiency to Altec Capital Account Managers and customers. Primary responsibilities include the following:Coordinate all aspects of lease documentation in a timely mannerEnter customer information and deal specific information, accurately, into lease management systemEnsure documents come back with proper signatures and all requirements are met for fundingComplete payment requests in a timely mannerResearch, coordinate, and assist in the resolution of account issues for internal departments and customersHandle various requests from Account ManagersAssist customers with payoffs and other account related inquiries

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

Bachelor Degree required; Finance or Business Degree preferred, with a basic understanding of finance leasing businessMinimum of two years of experience in Sales related to Equipment Lease or Finance Industry preferredPrefer a basic understanding of various businesses and/or industries gained through work experienceAvailable for occasional overnight travelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with proficiency in Excel
