Essential Duties and Responsibilities : The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description - other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed.

* Quotes price and delivery on list and discount items * Essential role in made to order (MTO) quotations to provide accurate and timely replies to customers * Provides technical information to customers through product knowledge or in concert with designated design/application engineer(s) * Process orders through production to ensure timely completion * Alerts customers of order delays when required * Determines actions to solve customer issues including RGA's, breakdowns, expedites, etc * Understands requirements and follows ISO procedure * Contributes to the continuous improvement process * Supports and follows all safety policies and procedures * Builds working relationships with internal and external customers * Understands, responds and supports fostering good customer/supplier relations * Exhibits a sense of urgency to get the job completed * Supports complex customers' needs/requests * Exhibits required in-depth job knowledge and skills * Able to solve problems and determine a course of action * Troubleshoots and anticipates problems * Has the ability to influence others in the work group * Exhibits self-discipline with ability to manage the job * Can prioritize work and coordinate with others * Fosters a team environment

Requirements:

* Minimum requirement - High School Diploma or equivalent experience * 2 to 3-years customer service/sales related experience * Proficient computer skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Good mathematical skills; able to reason and calculate equations * Ability to input to and retrieve from computer based software programs * Ability to read and understand blueprints * Ability to spell, type, and read at an average speed * Must be accurate and exhibit diplomacy and tact in dealing with others
