What You'll Do Handle inbound calls from prospects interested in health insurance

Guide clients through plan options and help them enroll

Use proven scripts and maintain compliance with industry standards

Work in-office Monday through Friday in our Doral location

Participate in daily coaching and ongoing skill development

What You'll Need Strong communication skills and a competitive drive

A willingness to obtain a Florida 2-15 or 2-40 License (we'll assist if you're not yet licensed)

A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment

Full-time availability (in-office only, no remote work)

Schedule Monday–Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation W-2 position with guaranteed base pay
