Engage & Follow Up – Reconnect with warm leads via phone and text to understand concerns and provide solutions
Communicate Value – Build relationships and clearly explain the benefits of our award winning high customer touch roofing services - we'll train you
Close Deals – Handle objections, answer questions, and help customers confidently say yes to the best solution for their home
Collaborate – Work alongside our insurance and retail outside sales teams to drive sales and revenue
Stay Organized – Track interactions and progress in our CRM system to drive results
Own Your Success – Make 150+ outbound calls daily , refining your sales skills and boosting your earning potential

What We’re Looking For
No Construction Experience Needed
3+ years experience in sales or customer service experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A self-motivated, proactive mindset with a hunger to learn and win
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay organized
Tech-savviness and familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required
