Primary Responsibilities:
Take inbound calls from prospective customers
Proactively reach out to potential customers
Provide product recommendations
Present solutions, overcome objections, and close sales to meet or exceed targets
Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems
Identify customer needs
Drive revenue growth
Maintain customer relationships
Support company expansion in competitive broadband markets
