Basic Requirements

  • Locals only please, willingness to work in the office (live within 60 miles)
  • Minimum 1 year office administrative experience
  • Valid drivers license and a good driving record
  • Must be able to pass background screening including a criminal background
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Word programs
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Superior time-management and organization skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Position requires non-traditional hours (evening, weekends and holidays) in order to successfully meet customer needs

Preferred

  • 1 + year(s) previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position
  • SAP and CRM experience
  • Experience working in the fuel and/or transportation industry
