Job Description: Inside Sales Representative Supervisor: Operations Director
Position Summary:
Do you have a passion for providing world-class service to customers, colleagues, and communities? AT&I’s greatest strength is our people, and we are actively recruiting an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) who will create proposals for AT&I products and services that are generated through our service department. The ISR will work closely with the Customer Success Manager and Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities:
·       Responsible for selling physical security equipment and services to existing service accounts. ·       Creating written estimates. ·       Work closely with the Service Manager and Operations Director to ensure the proposal meets the customer's needs. ·       Follow up on outstanding quotes and proposals to close sales. ·       Maintaining relationships with existing clients, resulting in future installation or servicing opportunities. ·       Other duties as needed.
Knowledge and Skills
·       2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in security, technology, or B2B environments. ·       High School diploma required; a 4-year degree or trade school certification is preferred. ·       Experience in the physical security industry (access control, CCTV, alarm systems, gate systems) is a plus. ·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ·       Ability to understand technical products and explain them to non-technical customers. ·       Basic skills in Microsoft Office. ·       Performance-minded, self-confident & dynamic. ·       Goal-oriented salesperson who exhibits a competitive spirit. ·       Desire to learn, understand, and apply solutions to customer challenges. ·       Ability to build customer confidence and cultivate business relationships. ·       Highly self-motivated and driven.
