Job Summary
Location: Flexible – Office, Hybrid, or Remote (Initial on-site training preferred)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative with experience in B2B cold calling. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and are looking for a role with strong growth potential, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 100+ outbound calls per day to identify qualified leads and schedule appointments.
Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to support business development goals.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary up to $50,000 plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in B2B cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting.
Must have no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to manage a high volume of outreach.
