This is an appointment setter position with NO cold calling. ALL people you call are interested and have spent a minimum of one to five hours meeting with us to learn about our organization. We are seeking people who are personable, friendly and have a pleasant phone voice. Compensation: $65,000 - $95,999 Responsibilities: Every prospect who attends a YHSGR Briefing or Masterclass is followed up with persistently and professionally by phone until they book an Agent Strategy Call with one of our Closers. There is NO cold calling. People you are calling already know who we are and have either attended a virtual event via Zoom or a live event to learn more about who we are and what we do. Compensation is a combination of a performance base plus commission. Qualifications: Experience and success with appointment setting or inside sales. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Strong money motivation. Works well in a self-directed manner from home. Detailed enough to document call activity in CRM.
