Inside Sales Representative

Key responsibilities * Present product/service offerings: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services * Prepare estimates, order entries, invoices, and schedule product delivery. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction. * Manage the sales cycle: Nurture leads through the sales pipeline while handling customer questions and objections. * Maintain client relationships: Build and foster long-term relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and educating customers when needed. * Collaborate and report: Work closely with other sales team members and customers to ensure a smooth sales process. Track all sales activities, customer interactions, and billing in Quickbooks Desktop. * Stay informed: Keep up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications and skills * Proven experience in an inside sales or business development role with an emphasis on overseeing office needs and other sales reps. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, consultative approach. * Experience with Quickbooks Desktop and Microsoft Office Suite. * Goal-oriented: A self-motivated and results-driven attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, and target-based environment. * Resilience: Possesses the tenacity to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. * Team player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic sales team.
Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma required, associate's degree or higher education a plus.
