HCT Sales Representatives are vital to the continued success and growth of HCT.
We are seeking serious applicants with positive attitudes and working sales experience to join our growing Sales Department to ensure that our customers continue to receive the level of service they have come to expect from us.

JOB DESCRIPTION (may include, but are not limited to) :
Make daily outbound sales calls to close deals and qualify leads
Respond to in-bound sales inquiries for quotes, products, services and customer service needs with urgency
Prospect, research, and develop new accounts
Manage, build relationships with, and grow existing accounts while making sure they are informed about our products and services
Determine & validate multi-level application solutions for the customers auxiliary hydraulic kit needs
Consult with customer while providing application recommendations and quotations
Provide accurate and professional correspondence to customers using (email, phone, Teams)
Use CRM to add and refresh customer information and create quotes
Use CRM for prospecting new business, follow ups, while gathering & recording strategic information
APPLICANTS MUST:
Have a minimum of 3+ years sales experience
Possess an Associates Degree or Bachelor`s Degree (preferred)
Have a positive attitude and work well with others
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strive for best-in-class customer service, support, and follow up
Demonstrate a high attention to detail with an emphasis on high accuracy
Demonstrate the ability to measure, prospect, and target new accounts
Be capable of working under pressure
Have working knowledge in Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ERP systems
Be able to climb a ladder
Be able to lift 35-50 pounds
Have reliable transportation to and from work
Be punctual
Be open to overtime when necessary for deadlines, some day trips, occasional overnight trips
Pass a drug screening and background check
DESIRED QUALITIES & SKILLS:
Have experience in "Application Selling" of products with a wide range of configurations and/or a mechanical background (is a plus)
Background in selling or renting excavators and hydraulic attachments (is a plus)
Demonstrate product knowledge to answer customer questions and inquiries (as training progresses)
Demonstrate the capability to set up and manage out bound prospecting and follow up calls
Demonstrate good listening and information collection skills in order to better understand the customers’ needs and pain points
Proven negotiation skills
At least an intermediate skill level with CRM sales software
Excellent time management skills
