Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, maintaining, and growing customer base, providing constant and superior customer service, increasing sales and follow-up on accounts.
What You’ll Do: Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, products, and credit terms.
Deal with customers professionally and politely.
Assist the counter and provide backup support to the counter.
Works closely with purchasing to expedite orders.
Ability to multi-task, drive sales, and branch growth
Be able to educate the customer about products and substitutes. What You’ll Bring: Demonstrates outstanding attendance and punctuality. Possesses a minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
