What You'll Do: Call warm leads for purchase and refinance opportunities – no cold calling Guide clients through loan options, including FHA, VA, and conventional Build rapport and provide exceptional customer service over the phone Convert leads into funded loans with efficiency and accuracy What We're Looking For: NMLS License – NC required (additional states a plus) Proven mortgage experience in sales or origination Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills Strong understanding of FHA, VA, and conventional loan programs Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission Leads provided – you focus on closing deals, not finding them Why Join Us?
