Leading manufacturer of premium horticultural brands hiring Inside Sales Representative . Brand new position with opportunity to build and evolve the role to support business growth. Keys to an Interview: Inside Sales Representative | Custom Manufacturing CRM experience (if you have participated in an implementation, even better) At least 2 years' Customer Service or Sales experience in a manufacturing / distribution / industrial environment Nice to have experience or knowledge in agricultural, horticultural, architectural, or construction industries Nice to have blueprint reading and/or AutoCAD knowledge Key Responsibilities: Inside Sales Representative | Custom Manufacturing Generate new sales by building client relationships with end users, general contractors, and architects. Grow customer base through lead generation, quote follow-ups, and project collaboration while partnering with the operations team to enhance offerings. Manage sales inquiries via phone, voicemail, and email, using proactive outreach to strengthen client connections. Leverage a CRM to track, prioritize, and report sales activities weekly. Collaborate on new product solutions and create marketing materials to boost visibility. Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitors to refine sales strategies. Develop a robust sales pipeline by identifying prospects and scheduling follow-ups with diverse clients. Prepare and oversee proposals, coordinating with technical teams to close sales and ensure project delivery. Proactively engage existing clients and pursue leads from trade shows, industry reports, and partnerships.
