You will be responsible for consulting and sales activities within the center and will serve as the first point of contact for walk-in, email, and telephone customers. Job duties include preparing estimates and work orders, executing various marketing programs while providing exemplary customer service, building relationships, and using consultative selling when dealing with customers RESPONSIBILITIES Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients using various products and Brand Standards Prepares estimates and maintains follow-up procedures Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with customers Follows up on new leads and referrals resulting from telephone, marketing, and email activity Maintains accurate documentation for sales and prospecting activities and provides status reports as needed Identifies and resolves customer satisfaction issues Performs other duties as needed, such as answering the phone, helping at the front counter, consulting with customers, etc. QUALIFICATIONS At least one year sales experience in the sign or print industry Very strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong consultative selling skills/experience WE OFFER $16 - $22 per hour Paid Time Off (PTO) Performance Bonus Casual and creative work environment Company apparel included Job Type: Full-time Pay: $ $22.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
