Inside Sales Representative: Aurora, IL Our client is seeking a proactive, driven, and knowledgeable Inside Sales Representative to grow the customer base and support ongoing relationships with military and aerospace clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through directories, existing client referrals, trade shows, and conferences Engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs and offer tailored product solutions Help customers select appropriate products that meet their specifications and industry regulations Highlight product features and explain technical capabilities and limitations effectively Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, and usage Negotiate pricing and terms of sales and service agreements Draft sales contracts and submit accurate orders for processing Collaborate with internal teams to share insights, strategies, and customer feedback Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Conduct annual customer visits (or more based on sales volume) Skills & Experience : Education : HSD required; relevant higher education preferred Experience : Proven military sales experience, required ; aerospace sales experience, highly preferred Knowledge: Ability to interpret blueprints & manage the full sales cycle, required Software: Familiarity with sam.gov & related government bidding platforms, required What W e Offer: Health Insurance 401(k) PTO Pay: $85,000 - $100,000/year + commission Type: Full-time, 1st shift, On-site Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 4:15 p.m. If you're passionate about building relationships, closing deals, and making an impact in the aerospace and defense space — we want to hear from you!
