Position Overview: We are currently seeking a determined Inside Sales Representative who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity. The Inside Sales Representative maximizes every opportunity to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective Inside Sales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business. •Uncapped commission with the top performers earning over $100K •Company paid warm leads with short sales cycle often same or next day closes •Time available: 11:00AM–8:00PM CST •Shift: Monday – Friday schedule with Saturday & Sunday: OFF •Compensation: $15/hr. + commission Key Responsibilities: •You will be responsible for promoting and selling company products and services that are both current and emerging.
