KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and grow existing relationships with current clients. Solicit new business via multiple communication avenues which includes cold-calling business prospects. Coordinate shipments successfully and negotiate with carriers. Champion client needs and obtain resolution to any client concerns.
