Sr. Inside Sales Specialist Exciting opportunity to join the CW-ESCO aftermarket / spares sales team responsible for leading proposal efforts for our Aircraft Arresting System product line in-service throughout the world. You will have a great opportunity to join a growing business unit for a proven emergency solution utilized by Air Forces across the world.

ESCO offers a 4/40 work schedule (M – Thu) along with normal option of 5/40 schedule (M – Fri). This role is fully on-site at the Aston, PA facility.

Location: Aston, PA

Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in PA. Your Challenge Primary customer facing role for spare orders from initial RFQ phase through order entry, execution, delivery and project closure

Interface with Sales and Account managers to determine spares market pricing strategy in both competitive and non-competitive environments

Direct customer-facing position with international customers including Asia, Europe, North America and the Middle East

Interface with Operations and Logistics team to monitor orders during procurement, assembly/build and delivery to the customer

Manage multiple international and domestic customer accounts

What You Bring Bachelor's Degree is preferred

Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar role

Experience with ERP systems (Syteline would be preferred)

Experience with US government contracts and sales would be beneficial

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of project management or data analysis tools is a plus

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Must be a US Citizen
