Together with MarCom coordinate activities to support the outside sales force at exhibitions and events. Interface with the customer and prepare the necessary internal forms for new account setup. Support Finance department and monitor progress until completion. Act as the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) key user. Become knowledgeable in all relevant facets. Interface with FFT CRM technical support in DE to resolve issues and maintain customer master data in the CRM. In support of outside sales force, initiate new opportunities and quotations in the CRM. Send quotations to customers if directed and follow up on offers. Qualify leads from the website that automatically come into the CRM. Assign to the appropriate market segment manager or salesperson. Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred Project management and/or Value-added sales experience a plus A minimum of three years of work experience in a business environment Computer proficiency – Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
