We’re looking for a driven and confident Inside Sales Professional to support our growing New Construction division. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residential customers, primarily within the new home construction space. You’ll engage potential clients via outbound calls, understand their needs, and connect them with the right pest control solutions—all while building strong relationships and generating consistent sales growth.

Starting Pay $15-$17/hour plus commissions

What your responsibilites will be:
Make high-volume outbound calls to new homebuyers and builders to introduce our services
Clearly explain residential pest solutions to potential customers and close sales
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs
Maintain accurate notes and updates in our CRM systems (e.g., PestPac, Salesforce, VRM)
Coordinate with admin, service, and field teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
Deliver exceptional communication and follow-up throughout the sales process
Complete additional tasks or projects as assigned

Qualifications
What You Need to Succeed:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
1+ year of sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
Strong verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
Motivated, goal-oriented, and confident on the phone
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Must be 18 years or older
