This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Agent located in Bethlehem, PA. The Inside Sales Agent will focus on generating new personal lines business (home, auto, and related coverages) by building relationships, closing sales, and delivering excellent service.
Beyond day-to-day sales activities, this role also involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners including through networking events in Bethlehem, Stroudsburg and Allentown. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads from referral partners, digital sources, and other marketing channels. Quote and bind new business policies, primarily for home, auto, and other personal lines. Ensure compliance with agency coverage standards by recommending policies that meet or exceed guidelines. Nurture referral partner leads while also pursuing inbound and self-generated opportunities. Develop relationships with referral partners via networking events, with a strong focus on the Bethlehem community. Document all sales activities and client interactions accurately in the agency management system. Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales and profitability goals. Contribute to a collaborative, positive team culture while continuing to grow your sales skills. Participate in ongoing training and development.
Requirement Active P&C license preferred (Property & Casualty). Experience in insurance sales or other customer-facing roles preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Knowledge of insurance products and industry standards. Problem-solving, organizational, and documentation skills. Ability to provide effective training and guidance to clients when needed. Team-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow. Ability to work on-site in Bethlehem, Allentown, or Stroudsburg, PA. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
