Title: Inside Sales Compensation: Non-exempt (hourly) Location Direct Report: General Manager Corporate Direct Report: President
Summary of Responsibilities: The primary responsibility for Inside Sales is to generate sales growth by prospecting and improving customer relationships through timely and professional response to customer’s inquires and order processing. Providing support to the Kenco sales team with effective communication, excellent organization and time management skills.
Job Duties Include: · Work together with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve productivity and sales goals. · Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to prospective customers/ Help out at the counter when needed · Answer phones and assist customers with inquiries quickly and accurately in a positive manner. · Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information · Assist service customers, determine needs, and work closely with service department to facilitate seamless prompt and courteous customer service. · Support Account Managers and respond in a timely manner with price, availability, product specifications, order status and other information as required. · Provide post-sales support and addressing customer concerns or issues. · Multitask on multiple projects at once. · Maintain clean organized work stations and showroom; replenish stock product as needed. · Attend product training and seminars if available. · Possibly work Saturdays as part of a rotation schedule. · Work with all departments to create a friendly, inviting, positive team environment. · Other duties assigned by Management. Skills/Qualifications: Extensive Knowledge of Kenco Hydraulics Products, Processes, Procedures, Systems and Operations; Extensive Understanding of Hydraulics; Updated on Industry Trends and Product Knowledge; Exceptional Customer Service (people skills); Effective Communication Skills; Problem Solving; Listening and Phone Skills; Strong Computer skills; Multitasking; Works Well Under Pressure; Goal Oriented.
