Key Responsibilities Office Operations Coordinate daily office tasks, maintain a welcoming environment, and manage travel, meetings, and supplies

Support administrative duties to ensure a smooth, professional customer experience

Sales Development Support Work with our West Region Sales Managers to research leads and schedule qualified sales meetings

Maintain accurate lead data in HubSpot CRM and assist in tracking progress and results

Inside Sales & Customer Service Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on service and equipment upgrades

Send quotes and documentation, support marketing outreach, and help qualify sales leads

Mexico Market Support Assist with food shows, trade events, and marketing campaigns tailored to the Mexico region

Share market insights to support regional strategy and customer engagement

???? Qualifications Associate degree in Business, Communication, or a related field

1–2 years of experience in sales, office admin, or customer service preferred

Bilingual: English & Spanish (business proficiency required)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable with outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social media)

Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with HubSpot is a plus

Valid driver’s license required
