As an In-Store Sales Lead Coordinator, you'll work hand-in-hand with our partners at major Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores. Your primary responsibility will be to engage customers in insightful conversations about heating and cooling enhancements, air quality improvements, and energy conservation. Your mission is to promote home performance tune-ups and schedule invaluable free in-home consultations for our expert sales team to follow up on! Compensation: $22.00 per hour plus commission. Average earnings of $20-30/hr, including commissions. Receive weekly pay via direct deposit. Location: San Jose, CA Schedule: Work Thursday through Sunday. Typical hours run from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM, but may vary. Attendance at weekly in-office meetings is required. Qualifications: Ability to work independently within a retail setting.
