Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Engage with potential and current clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized guidance.

Inquiry Response: Promptly address customer inquiries and concerns regarding insurance products and services.

Policy Explanation: Clearly explain policy details, coverage options, and premiums to clients, ensuring they comprehend their choices.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and ongoing engagement.

Product Promotion: Highlight and promote new and existing insurance products to potential clients.

Issue Resolution: Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in accordance with company policies.


Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales, especially in the insurance sector, is preferred.

Licensing: Must have or be willing to obtain an insurance license.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients.

Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and manage time efficiently.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong client relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
