Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Create insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Identify customer contacts as a cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Develop strong relationships with customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. Increase sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists. Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases.

Requirement A drive to succeed Strong communication and listening skills. Capable of handling customer rejection. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty or Personal lines license. Previous insurance experience is a plus but not required.
