Responsibilities o Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets. o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs to recommend appropriate insurance products. o Provide clients with information on policies, premiums, and coverage options, ensuring they make informed decisions. o Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities. o Follow up with leads and prospective clients to close sales and meet established goals. o Manage customer service needs, answer questions, and resolve any issues or concerns. o Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and market conditions to best serve clients. o Maintain and update accurate client records in the system.
Requirement o Prior insurance sales experience required with Property and Casualty Producer license. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. o Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently. o Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic. o Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. o Ability to learn new products and services quickly. o High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
