The Matthew Harms Agency is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to join one of the fastest growing insurance teams in Tennessee! You will be responsible for generating results through helping customers with their property and casualty insurance needs inside our book of business. Through helping customers, you will also be responsible for assessing cross-selling opportunities in order to decrease exposures and provide better protection.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $85,000

Responsibilities What You'll Do Sell Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products to new clients Work provided leads and generate your own through networking, referrals, and outbound efforts Follow the Matthew Harms Agency Sales Process with consistency and professionalism Manage your pipeline in our CRM and stay on top of follow-ups Educate clients and put their best interests first, ensuring proper coverage every time

Requirement What We're Looking For Self-starters who thrive in a remote environment Strong communication and closing skills Sales experience preferred (insurance background a plus, but not required) Resilient, disciplined, and motivated to hit monthly sales goals Must obtain Property, Casualty, Life, and Health licenses (we will help guide you if you're not yet licensed).
