Nappi Insurance Agency, LLC is a Farmers Insurance Agency in Santa Rosa, CA who works with all types of personal and business clients from all over California to insure their assets, and the things they love and the people they love, and give them peace of mind knowing they are protected against loss, and taken care of now and in the future.
We are currently hiring multiple Insurance Agents with either a Life Insurance License or Property & Casualty License to join our growing team!

Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative/Agent:
Life Insurance license is required OR Property & Casualty license is required Sales, and Service-related industry experience preferred such as Restaurant and Retail industries Trustworthy and Ethical Team player who strengthens our current team and can lead others Organized, Flexible and Adaptable, Thorough and Detailed Exceptional Work Ethic and Can push through challenges and meet sales goals Problem-solving with a strong sense of urgency, and able to work well with pressure and interruptions and be patient Coachable, good attitude, strong work ethic, can work independently and get results Resourcefulness and Competitive Experienced with using Computers, Email and Mobile phone applications Excellent Written and Oral Communication
