Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Engage with policyholders, understand their insurance requirements, and provide tailored suggestions.


Outbound Calls: Proactively reach out to leads, presenting insurance products and services in a clear and compelling manner.




Policy Customization: Devise and propose insurance plans that match each client's unique needs.




Policy Presentations: Explain policy details, coverage options, and benefits to clients, ensuring they understand their insurance choices.




Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.




Customer Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with clients, address any concerns or




questions, and provide ongoing support as needed.




Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and updates to offer well-informed guidance as well as attending necessary training.


Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.


Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
