What We Offer: $17-$25 (base pay + uncapped commissions) No nights, no weekends — enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule Career growth opportunities (our team members can become future agency owners) Paid training and licensing support PTO and bonus opportunities Responsibilities: Provide insurance quotes and solutions to customers (auto, home, life) Build relationships with clients and earn trust through great service Follow up with warm leads and prospect new customers Grow your skills with coaching, sales training, and career development Qualifications: Customer service or sales experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc. welcome) Positive, coachable attitude and desire to grow in a career Strong communication skills and professionalism Ability to obtain insurance licenses (we provide training support) Preferred but not required: Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields such as retail sales or outside sales. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective client interaction. Proficient in sales administration processes and tools. Strong analytical skills for assessing client needs and market opportunities. Familiarity with benefits administration is a plus. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service at all times.
