Responsibilities Client Consultation: Provide personalized consulting services to clients, understanding their specific insurance needs. Inquiries Management: Efficiently manage inbound inquiries, addressing questions, and offering solutions promptly. Policy Development: Create and propose customized insurance plans to meet the unique needs of clients. Portfolio Enhancement: Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities to improve client portfolios. Requirement Licensing: License Preferred willing to train. If not licensed 30 day license required. Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer-Centric: Strong commitment to understanding and meeting client needs. Adaptability: Ability to work both remotely and in-office while maintaining productivity. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
