Responsibilities What We Offer: Base Pay: $1,500/month ($18,000/year guaranteed)
Uncapped Commissions: Commissions begin at 50% of new business commissions and scaling up to 100% once monthly production exceeds $50,000 in premium
Performance-Based Earnings:
Low performers typically earn $28,000-$37,800/year
Average performers earn $43,200-$71,100/year
Top performers earn $85,800-$100,000+/year
Free Leads Provided: Our agency supplies a steady stream of new leads to help you stay productive and close more business no need to generate your own list.

Requirement Licensing: A Minnesota Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license is required. Not yet licensed? We provide comprehensive study materials, flashcards, practice tests, and one-on-one support to help you get licensed quickly and confidently. We cover all licensing costs. Work Environment: This position offers in-office, hybrid, or fully remote flexibility. For remote work, you must have a dedicated home office space and a reliable internet connection.
Experience: Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required. If you're motivated, coachable, and eager to learn, well give you the tools and training to succeed.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. You'll be guiding clients through important decisions, so clarity and professionalism are key.
