Responsibilities Be Sales Focused Be Genuine & Honest Be Customer-oriented Be Professional in both scope of knowledge and interaction with Clients. Develop prospects through an organized agency direct solicitation program, No Cold-Calling, but must build referral sources and maximize leads given. Request referrals from existing agency accounts.

Requirement Must have all licenses as required by the State Department of Insurance. Must complete continuing education as required by the State Department of Insurance. Demonstrate effective presentations skills through both verbal and written communications.
