Confidently present and recommend insurance solutions tailored to individual needs. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals. Build Relationships Develop trust and long-term relationships with clients by being personable, professional, and reliable. Deliver an exceptional customer experience that leads to renewals, referrals, and repeat business. Serve as a trusted advisor for coverage questions and policy reviews. Requirement What Were Looking For: A driven self-starter who thrives on achieving (and beating) goals. A people-person who enjoys networking, building connections, and earning trust. Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills. Previous sales or customer service experience (insurance experience a plus).
