We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to build relationships with clients and provide tailored insurance solutions. With hands-on training and consistent support, youll be equipped to succeed, whether you are new to the industry or looking to take the next step in your career.

  • Starting base salary is $40,000 - $50,000 per year
  • Average commission is $20,000 - $25,000 per year with bonuses, with the opportunity to earn more

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate consistent leads through calls, networking, and referrals
  • Maintain a minimum of 2.5 hours of daily talk time with prospective and current clients
  • Achieve monthly sales goals regularly
  • Conduct needs-based reviews to recommend appropriate coverage options
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through trust and service

Requirements
  • Property and Casualty license required (Life and Health a plus)
  • Prior sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Organized, reliable, and committed to client satisfaction
