Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources. Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. Maintain knowledge of new products. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources. Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.

Requirement Have a background in sales (insurance, retail, car, tech, B2B, inside/outside if you've sold, we want to talk!) Thrive in a goal-driven environment and love a good challenge Have excellent communication and persuasion skills Are highly self-motivated, organized, and ready to build a lasting career Can become licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health (we help with this) Are based in Minnesota or open to relocating
