Requirements: Experience: Outside Sales Prowess State Insurance License preferred (we will train the right candidates) Sales experience highly preferred Bilingual/Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply Skills: Ability to navigate and learn new technology and quoting platforms Strong problem-solving and risk assessment abilities Personable and team-oriented; existing referral networks a plus
